An Emergency Business Meeting was held at The Masonic Hall, Newton Abbot. The Lodge was opened in due and ancient form. W.Bro. J. Bird was re-elected Worshipful Master and then re-appointed his Officers for the ensuing Masonic Year. During the completion of Lodge Business W.Bro. D G Webber P.Asst.P.G.M. delivered a presentation celebrating 50 years in Freemasonary of our WM. W.Bro.J.Bird who replied in due manner. After completion of the remaining labours the Lodge was closed in due and ancient form. The Festive Board took place at a local hostelry.
